# Analytics

Analytics features, including `User Portrait` and `Task/Quest Engagement Metrics`, provide valuable insights and benefits:

### **User Portraits**

User portraits offer detailed profiles of individual user, behaviors, and preferences within the community. This enables community managers to better understand user demographics, interests, and engagement levels. It facilitates personalized user experiences, targeted communications, and effective community management strategies.

### **Task/Quest Engagement Metrics**

Task engagement metrics track how users interact with tasks or quests, including completion rates, time spent per task, and frequency of participation. The data help evaluating the effectiveness of tasks, identifying popular or underutilized features, and optimizing task design to enhance user satisfaction and participation.

These analytics features empower community administrators to make informed decisions, improve user engagement, and tailor community experiences based on real-time data and user insights. They are instrumental in driving growth, fostering a vibrant community environment, and achieving organizational goals effectively.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://taskoncommunitys-organization.gitbook.io/guide-book/analytics.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
