Claimed Tasks

It refers to the total number of tasks that all members of your community can complete each month.

For the free plan , the total number of tasks that can be claimed per month is 5,000. For the Standard Plan and Pro Plan, it's 12,000 and 60,000 respectively. However, for users subscribed to the Enterprise Plan, there are no limitations on the number of claimed tasks per month.

Extra Claimed Tasks

If the total claimed task exceeds the monthly limit, you can increase the quantity for that month by purchasing additional paid packages. The right to purchase additional paid packages is exclusively available to paying projects.
