How to Create Gas Free Campaigns/Events

In the “Create a Campaign/Event” page, click on “Rewards”. Currently, Gas Free feature supports rewards types: Tokens, NFTs (), CAPs.
Click on "Gas Free Settings", and based on the formula, TaskOn will calculate the estimated gas cost for upcoming activity. If your balance is sufficient, simply click on “Next”.
If you have any doubts about the formula, you can refer to the .
If you have selected "All Eligible Users" for the Number of Winners, please ensure that your Gas Station balance can support the total gas fees for at least 500 winners.
If the Gas Station balance is insufficient to cover the total gas fee for this campaign/event, click on "Deposit" to access the Deposit page and complete the deposit.
Enter the number of assets, choose your wallet, then click on “Top Up”.
To minimize the occurrence of such situations, consider depositing a bit more gas fee during deposit. This way, when initiating your next gas free campaigns/events, you won't have to repeat the process.
The method you choose for selecting winners in your campaigns/events will determine how users claim their rewards.
For NFTs (Minted on TaskOn) and CAPs:
FCFS
Users receive their rewards immediately upon completing the task. They can simply click on "Claim" to obtain their rewards.
Non-FCFS
After the campaigns/events ends, typically within two working days following the announcement of winners, rewards will be automatically deposited into the winners' accounts.
For Token:
After pre-deposited gas fees, winners of gas free campaigns/events will have a monthly opportunity for free withdrawal of the corresponding campaigns/events token rewards.
After publishing gas free campaigns/events, you can see on the TaskOn display page that your campaigns/events are marked with the "Gas Free".
Enter the detailed Campaigns/events page, you will see a text below the rewards type: “Gas covered by [your projects’ name]”.
Additionally, if your campaigns/events set unlimited winners, a progress bar for the gas free spot will be visible, encouraging users to swiftly complete tasks.
