How to Claim Rewards

Winners will receive the notification in the upper right corner.
Click the notification to enter the quest/event page.
Or you can enter the User Center to check the details.
Click on “Check your rewards here” to enter the User Center to check the rewards.
If it is an NFT reward, you can click on "Claim NFT" button on the quest details page to claim it.
Or you can enter the User Center, click on “My Rewards”, and choose “NFT”.
Claim
You need to pay gas fee.
Mint
You will need to pay both the gas fee and the cost of the NFT.
Airdrop
The project creator will airdrop the NFT to the address you've provided.
After the winner announcement is published, please follow the instructions to verify whether the reward has been successfully deposited into your account.
You can enter the User Center, click on “My Rewards”, and choose “CAP”, and click on “Claim”, and the CAP NFT with zero fee will be airdropped to your wallet.
You can check your reward on the element.market website.
Click the quest page you participated in; if you see "Congratulations! Rewards Won Whitelist", it means you are eligible to receive whitelist rewards.
Alternatively, you can check your reward status through the “Notification”.
Click on “User Center”, click on “My Rewards”, and choose “Whitelist”.
Claim Whitelist (WL) Rewards
For CAP NFT WL, it will be airdropped to your wallet by TaskOn or you need to claim it with your wallet.
For NFT, you need to mint NFT or NFT will be airdropped to your wallet by the project creator.
For Token, ICO, IDO or Token will be airdropped to your wallet by project creator.
*For All Types of Whitelist Rewards, you need to inform project creators of your winnings on Discord, and they will tell you the details.
In User Center, you can check your EXP.
Click on "User Center", click on "My Rewards", and choose "Discord Role".
TaskOn's reward distribution feature supports two methods: automatic distribution by TaskOn and distribution by the project creator.
To learn about the specific rewards distribution method, you can refer to the “Participants Info" section on the detailed quest page.
If the rewards are to be distributed by a project creator, please join its community for more information about how to claim the reward.
If you still haven't received the reward 15 days after the end of the quest, please reach out to TaskOn. TaskOn will contact the project creator and help resolve the issue.
All tasks require verification upon completion. For PoW tasks, manual verification by proj is needed. Rewards will only be distributed after successful verification.
After completing tasks, go back to the Community page, and Click “Verify & Claim”. After rewards are claimed, it will display “Won”.
You can check the detailed info of rewards claimed from community tasks through the History.
Because each community has its own level system, you need to visit the corresponding community and check the History to view your rewards.
Choose the Community’s logo, and click the "My Rewards".
