How to Claim Rewards
Winners will receive the notification in the upper right corner.
Click the notification to enter the campaign page.
Token
Click on “
Check your rewards here” to enter the Participant Center to check the rewards.
NFT
If it is an NFT reward, you can click on "Claim NFT" button on the campaign details page to claim it with your wallet's required fees.
Or you can enter the Participant Center, click on “My Rewards”, and choose “NFT”.

CAP
You can enter the Participant Center, click on “My Rewards”, and choose “CAP”, and click on “Claim”, and the CAP NFT with zero fee will be airdropped to your wallet.
You can check your reward on the element.market website.
Whitelist
Click the detailed campaign page you participated in, if you see "Congratulations! Rewards Won Whitelist" it means you are eligible to receive whitelist rewards.
Alternatively, you can check your award status through the “Notification”.
Click on “
Participant Center”, click on “My Rewards” and choose “Whitelist”.
Claim Whitelist (WL) Rewards
For CAP NFT WL, it will be Airdropped to your wallet by TaskOn or you need to claim it with your wallet.
For NFT, WL means, you need to mint NFT or NFT will be airdropped to your wallet by the project (campaign creator).
For Token, WL means ICO, IDO or Token will be airdropped to your wallet by project (campaign creator).
*For All Types of Whitelist Rewards, you need to ask to the Campaign Creator's project Discord, and let them know about your WL winnings from their TaskOn campaigns, they will better give you details about it.
EXP
In Participant Center, you can check your EXP.
Points
Points are issued by campaign creators and are a significant indicator of your loyalty within the community.
Click on “
Participant Center”, click on “My Rewards” and choose “Points”.
Discord Role
Click on "
Participant Center", click on "My Rewards", and choose "Discord Role".
Distributed by Projects
TaskOn's reward distribution feature supports both automatic rewards distribution by TaskOn and rewards distribution by the project.
To find out the specific rewards distribution method for a campaign, you can refer to the “Participants Info" section on the detailed campaign page.
If the rewards are distributed by a third-party organization, please join the campaign creator's community for more information about claiming the reward.
If you still haven't received the reward 15 days after the end of the campaign, please reach out to TaskOn. TaskOn will verify with the project to safeguard your rights.
You can follow #winnerlist channel on TaskOn Discord where the list of winners and methods for claiming rewards for most campaigns will be announced.
