When will I receive my rewards?
If the rewards are distributed by TaskOn, they are usually distributed within one week.
For rewards distributed by project creators, please contact them directly.
If you have not received your reward 15 days after the end of the campaign, please contact TaskOn for assistance. You can also check “winnerlist channel” on , where the list of winners and information on how to claim rewards for most quests are announced.
Who will distribute the rewards?
The rewards could be distributed by either TaskOn or the project creator, per the creator's wish. If a creator doesn’t distribute the rewards on time, TaskOn will follow up.
Where to get the rewards?
For rewards distributed by projectcreators, please contact them directly.
For rewards distributed by TaskOn, you can click the “User Center”, enter the quest that you have joined, and collect the rewards.
Where to check the quest winners list?
Usually, you can check the winners list in three places.
The details page of the TaskOn quests/events;
X and the community of the creator that hosts the event;
The winnerlist channel.
If the lists above are inconsistent, please refer to the winnerlist channel as the source of truth.
My primary wallet has been hacked and How can i replace it with a new one？
Besides logging into TaskON with your wallet, have you linked any Social Accounts, such as X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, or Email.
If you have not linked any of these four Social Accounts, it will not be possible to help you change your wallet binding.
