# Telegram Bot SetUp
By configuring the TaskOn Telegram Bot, you can automate the verification of tasks such as joining a Telegram group, significantly reducing repetitive processes and saving time and effort.
Before adding the TaskOn Telegram Bot to your Telegram group or channel, ensure you are an administrator of the group/channel and have the authority to add new admins.

On the Telegram page, click “Start.”
Next, click the bot’s username, navigate to the Info subpage, and select “Add To Group or Channel.”
Choose the specific group or channel where you want to add the bot as an administrator, click the corresponding group, and grant the TaskOn Bot the necessary permissions and access.
Note: Ensure the bot is added to your group, channel, or a channel where you have administrative privileges; otherwise, the bot will not be able to obtain admin permissions.
After selecting the group for the bot to join, proceed to the Add Bot page.
Select “Admin Rights,” then Click “Add Bot as Admin.” Confirm the action and click “Add as Admin” to complete the process of granting the bot administrative permissions.
